I've been watching her since her junior year in high school. Went to many games. Saw her face Brittney Griner and Kelsey Bone several tunes in HS. Tenacious rebounder and polished offensively. Overall top tier player. Salute to Nneka and Chiney from this Southside of Houston 💯 ☥️

Nneka does have that diplomatic quality about her that could serve her well if she chooses to go into politics. Great interview.

The women in the Wnba are so intelligent and fearless . The players who have been the spokespersons are always very measured, articulate, compassionate and forward thinking .

Great interview. I started watching the WNBA because of Angel, but the more I see of Nneka, the more I like her. She's is so classy, polished and professional. She also has a great attitude!

The question should have been "Now that Caitlin Clark has demonstrated the revenue generating potential of women's basketball to investors, networks, the league and players, is the WNBA ready to move away from political activism and become a professional sports league where the quality of the on-court product and the courting of a wider audience becomes paramount?"

1. Love Jamele! 2. The title of this episode is either a bit click bait-y, and/or the speaker is being too contradictory and "diplomatic" (19:15 - 19:50). ...Or maybe I'm over-thinking? 3. Still love Jamele! Great episode.

Hey Jemele. Could you please speak on what Ariel Helwani said on his show a few days ago about VP Harris? It was very disappointing and disrespectful.

@@DeeDeeInTN He is a known UFC Reporter that has a podcast on KZbin. He said he is not voting and Harris was and I quote “unfit to be president”. I know Jemele does shows with Dan LeBatard. I would like for her to ask him on the show to get to the reasons why he feels Harris isn’t fit to be president.

Do they think Caitlin hasn’t been receiving death threats or her bodyguard protection is for show? focusing on internet troll is a choice, there's a reason public figure don't read comments. never seen a league try to sabotage their most popular player like they did this year, job well done ladies.
@mikee326121 күн бұрын
Sabotage ? She literally was marketed as the face of the league and she isn’t the best player in the league. Where was the sabotage ? 😂
@mikee326121 күн бұрын
Commentators literally praise her for making basketball plays we’ve seen players make for the last 25 years. Did the meaning of sabotage change ?

Cathy just approved that it is okay for her people to keep the racism going… we just sat back and watched the league strip Angel Reese of ROTY and GAVE IT TO Caitlin Clark. Rather the CC fans want to accept this or not! If we were watching the same 2024 season, we watched the league put in place referees and players to make it seem like CC is a great player. I don’t see it but, I watched them not call calls for CC but called calls on the players against her making her stat pad and seem like she is this phenomenal player… She had help through the entire season especially after her true “poor” performance in the All Star game (that performance is who she really is). They will always have a hate for Angel Reese and Cathy had a chance to change that and she dropped the glass. Glass shatters and you can NEVER put glass back together perfectly like you can if you dropped a puzzle. All the WNBA players all season was mute to how they were unable to speak on CC enforcers (remember the PSA “She needs an enforcer: and they planted players and used the refs and officiating to mold CC into a ROTYwith over 250 turnovers and plays zero defense, foh, this was fixed), they could not speak on what was going on… those exit videos of the regular season said it ALLLLLL! Sorry so true and long… but, it needed to be said.., and for the record CC do NOT need to be on every list, she damn-sure didn need to be on 1st Team WNBA… this year was given to CC she aint ROTY stop playing… 🤬😱😳🫨

Free ? You're a damn fool . Also, most of the players make more money playing overseas . These women are 91% college graduates, the NBA is 32% . So if these women didn't play in the Wnba they could get careers that paid what the Wnba pays .

@@wisethabrain1100 why are you so mad? You’re not the owner or investor. The job is 12 months but the season is shorter. If it triggers you leave it alone pops. The ROI will be worth it in the end and now more nba owners want teams.
