Im glad to see Nnewi receiving a face lift. Nnewi deserves nothing but the best because this city is very productive and holds lots of untapped potential. Im also trying to understand why people from Nnewi are usually very hard-working. What's their secret? 😅

Igbo enwe eze; what is means is that every Igbo man is an Eze by virtue of being a son of soil. Eze when translated in plain English means a King. Where there is a King or Quen, the King or the Queen as the case may be is the true and only owner of all the land in that Kingdom. In the United Kingdom, for example, the Crown/King/ Queen/Royal family is the owner of all the land there. People living there are practically tenants. Our ancestors understood the importance of freedom, so they never accepted such idea that one family or group will be the owner of all the land in a country or nation. So truly, Igbo enwe eze is such a beautiful and perfect enactment by our ancestors which we must be so proud and happy to perpetually cherish.

Yanga Life Channel, thank you for your nice video segment presentation on Nnewi. This is just an addendum to what you said regarding Nnewi having four villages. Nnewi town has four divisions/ quarters. The divisions are not villages. One of the quarters - Otolo alone contains 16 villages. For instance, Umu Enem and Mbanagu (villages in Otolo) are each huge enough to be a town.

Thanks for this beutifull presentation @chinedu. No doubt there is a huge improvement in our roads palliative. We are looking forward for standard road in our cities. Most dirty road still goes to anambra state. Why there is no plan for road sweeping 🧹 in the state, like in present abia state.
