What Steven Wolfram isn't mentioning is how the rules within the system are operating. He is presuming that each model or system has a single governance layer or rules based system and that it is operating hierarchical or linearly. E.g. (one-to-one or one-to-many relationship) Rules (linear) Network (linear) Services (linear) Data (linear) This to me is why his irreducibility model fails in comparison to what we see in the real world or non-hierarchical, non-linear systems. In order to introduce non-linearity into wolframs models you have to decouple the governance or rules away from the system so that other services or domains can participate in the system or network itself. E.g. (many-to-many relationship) Rules (non-linear) Network (non-linear) Service (non-linear) Data (non-linear)
