😊😊Memories of National Service are of my newly trained intake joining the Battalion in Germany. Then for the first time we got to march behind our regimental band. To say we were overcome by pride and emotion would be an understatement. We were from all walks of life. What a levelling experience and the meeting of people you wil never forget.

My great uncles battalion. He was killed in WW1 at Loos in 1915. Quis Separabit. ☘️☘️☘️
