No AC on 2001 Chevy 1500 truck, how to fix

.....hey thanks.... my truck had the relay problem that you pointed out as somewhere to check. Yup. Man, u prolly saved me $300 at least and I thank you for that and the video which was short and sweet without any babble going on. Seriously yo. Kudos. Oh yeah, man it gets hot down here in Texas and here we in mid April and already had days 90+ and that gawd awful humidity only makes it worse. Like pouring gas on a fire. I think this might be happening to my '02 2500HD. AC is charged and compressor is working. I can feel the line going to the evaporator is cold. But only hot air comes out of the vents. Going to check blend door next. Thanks for the video!

Ever find out what it was? I'm blowing HOT air too, lines are cold, AC is charged just right, compressor is moving just fine. No leaks that I can see.

Thanks. There’s quia few things to check. Pulley,belt , AC Actuator sensor, blend/temp doors.

I have a similar problem with my 06 Silverado ac works and throws ice cold and out of nowhere it stops cooling and hot air comes out and fans won’t turn on and it try’s to over heat I already changed ac pressure switch dryer even change fans and also relay and I don’t know what to do

Was your compressor clutch engaging but just not cooling., ive jumped my low pressure switch and still can't get the clutch to engage.

I believe there's a high pressure switch that also works with this. After that, the clutch might be defective but check the voltage to it as well. Factory service manuals I believe are still available from hellman.
