Cooking recipe and ingredients:
120 gr. (4 ounces) dates.
50 gr. (1.8 ounces) plums.
Pour cold water for 15 minutes to remove preservatives and activate useful substances.
Oatmeal 30 gr. (1 ounce).
Fry in a frying pan.
60 gr. (2 ounces) peanuts.
Fry the peanuts in a frying pan.
Grind in a blender.
Remove the seeds from the dates.
Add dried fruits.
Grind in a blender.
Pine nuts 30 gr. (1 ounce).
Chop with a knife.
Add pine nuts.
Sunflower seeds 20 gr. (0.7 ounces).
Sesame 15 gr. (0.5 oz).
Add 30 ml honey. (1 fl oz).
Mix.
Lubricate your hands with olive oil.
Make 16g balls. (0.6 ounces).
Place the balls in a silicone mold.
Flatten the balls.
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
White chocolate without sugar 80 gr. (2.8 ounces).
Melt in a water bath.
Add 10 ml. (0.3 fl oz) olive oil.
Mix.
Pour chocolate into molds.
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Dark chocolate without sugar 90 gr. (3 ounces).
Melt in a water bath.
Add 15 ml. (0.5 fl oz) olive oil.
Mix.
Grind pumpkin seeds 10 gr. (0.4 ounces).
Pour chocolate into silicone molds.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
You can add dried raspberries if desired.
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
