No-Bake / No-Egg / Cup measure / Mini Caramel Banana Chocolate Mousse Cake / No-Gelatin

I'm Boone Bake.
Today, I made a cake with chocolate mousse with caramelized bananas and soft cream cheese.
This time, I made chocolate mousse cake without eggs and gelatin.
I hope it will be a valuable recipe for those who wanted a cake without eggs and gelatin.
Also, since it is a cake made without using an oven, even people who do not have an oven can make it.
When I caramelized bananas that are delicious even if I just eat them, it tasted so good and sweet..haha
Banana chocolate mousse cake that is soft, sweet and so delicious..
If you try it, you will fall in love with it.
This cake gets thicker when it cools, so it's hard to put it pretty in the mold.
Make it quickly when it's hot as possible.

● Banana Chocolate Mousse Cake
(mold size: 7cm*3.5cm / 7 pieces)
90 g graham crackers (24 small pieces)
10 g of sugar (1/2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
20g peanut chopped (baked) (2 Tbsp)
2 g (1/2 tsp) cocoa powder
♥ Chocolate Mousse
100 g of milk (a) (1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
5 g sugar (a) (1 tsp)
18 g cocoa powder (3 Tbsp)
160 g (1/2 cup + 3 Tbsp) milk (b)
360g Heavy Cream (35%) (1 cup + 1/2 cup)
40g sugar (b) (3 Tbsp)
30 g corn starch powder (4 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
15 g (1 Tbsp) sweetened condensed milk
110 g dark chocolate ( 2/3 cup - Chopped )
♥ Soft cream cheese
80g cream cheese (5 Tbsp)
8 g (2 tsp) sugar
2ml vanilla extract
12g Heavy Cream (35%) (1 Tbsp)
● 1~2 bananas
● Melted chocolate

● Sparkling Chocolate Mirror Glaze
