I tried doing this with whipped cream from the can (horrible I know but I don't have a hand mixer) and it came out extremely runny. I'll try with 50g instead of 150g the next time I get a chance. I didn't add any more sugar bc the canned whipped creme is already sweetend so I can at least tell you that the taste is great! I don't like sweet things all that much so for the majority the added sugar is probably recommended. Thanks so much for the video! I really enjoyed making it even though it didn't work out quite as planned :)

I can't believe you use a microwave. Every time I see one of your videos where you use the microwave, it always surprises me. I know high-level chefs use them, but you seem so into food, and it surprises me you would be okay with altering the food negatively - like what happens when using a microwave.
