I just made this recipe and it came out really tasty! My family loved it and it's all gone already. However look wise, it didn't turn out as well :( It still looked good but cannot compare to HidaMari's version! Some tips when making in the US. 1) I think our creamcheese might be thicker. Let it come to room temp otherwise it gets chunky when trying to mix with sugar 2) If you have a stand mixer, use that to beat the sugar and cream cheese together so it comes out smoother 3) I used low-fat greek yogurt so it was really thick when mixed in with the cream cheese. The mixture wasn't as liquidy as what's in the video so might need to add some milk to thin it out a bit 4) I used the raspberry seeds in the cheese cake mixture, still came out well Enjoy!

After reading your comments I am totally sure now you could leave out the gelatin and no need for milk. Of course you need to warm the cream cheese! Also she doesn’t beat her heavy cream enough. Less water or none in the berries to lessen the need for the gelatin. Fresh/frozen berries with sugar get syrupy when left for awhile on the counter. Just mash or beat with stick blender. Get rid of the gelatin! Gross! You don’t need it! Disgusting! Jello is gross. My grandma ate jello.🤮
@maddy02_3 жыл бұрын
@@bconsilio3764 your opinion. I like jello. Let people eat what they want, just because you don't like it.
@bconsilio37643 жыл бұрын
@@maddy02_ it’s my opinion. You have yours . I have mine. You gave suggestions. I gave mine. I said you could leave it out. Have I showed up at your house demanding all your gelatin? NO! So get off my case. I live in a country that provides me with freedom of speech afforded to me in the 1st amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. I have a right to say what I want! I did not threaten you so why the need to dis my words? I don’t understand why people can’t understand the word ‘comment’. ??? And I was nice; yes strong but nice. I am allowed to have strong feelings and use strong words!

Lazer Luche are you eating okay? just bc your on a diet doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be full, to lose weight and keep them off it’s better to eat when your not hungry, so your always full and eating a healthy amount. it’s better to make more lifestyle changes then short term changes so that way you can have a healthier body and it doesn’t damage your metabolism as much. stay safe and love yourself

Laura Pozo You’ve got a point. I’ve always seen my mom diet on and off, and in the end she ended up gaining more long-term than losing. Her only choice now is a lifestyle change.

These recipes are so complex(at least for me) but yet so intricate. The way each ingredient is so properly mixed and made , it's very satisfying to watch.

To be honest, seeing your videos really sparked my baking hobbies, one of the rare KZbinr that I actually follow and try out due to your dedication in appearance and simple methods which are easy to learn. This taste so wonderful and beautifully looking! The sweet and sour tastes are balanced and the texture of the cake itself is satisfactory, not overly too much/less gelatin! I will keep following you and try your other recipe. Thank you for your video

Thank you HidaMari Cooking for this wonderful recipe! I tried once, it was a little bit too sour. So for the second time I modified a little bit your recipe to what I like (biscuits, a bit more sugar and stuff like that) It’s amazing, my family members loved it so much! It’s so good to be able to try your recipe, mostly during the pandemic and lockdown time! If possible, I’d love to show you the result and share my cake with you! I just made a fourth one for the third time! Thank you so much!
