Hey Nick, would you be willing to take us on a video tour of your repair shop sometime? I love seeing how people set up their electronics workbenches / labs / workshops.

Haha I am a bit afraid to do that without first doing some organizing. We just recently hired a few new people and have been doing a lot of training and have been a bit behind on some repairs. This means that the shop is not as clean and organized as it should be right now. Maybe after the holiday when things slow down a bit and we have a chance to catch up and organize things we might do something like that.

@@NicksElectronicRepair I can understand that, and thank you for being willing to consider the request. All I would add is a paraphrase from another electronic repair creator on KZbin - Sorin from the Electronics Repair School channel - a clean workbench is clean for show, a messy workbench is where work is getting done. In somewhat hypocritical contrast to the reassurance I just offered.... I clean up my bench before recording as well. Still, Sorin did help me be a *bit* less self-conscious about having a messy bench.

I haven't watched Sorin, but have been told several times to check them out in the comments. So I understand Sorin's point and I do agree in some way, but I would have to also slightly disagree. When ever my workbench is messy it slows me down, I make mistakes, and it makes the work a bit harder. Having everything in the same place every time, clean and organized allows me to work more efficiently. But with that said I actually did start the cleaning process, and will be working on it some more over the next couple of weeks.

I am sorry I don't know. We got it many years ago and the company that sold these doesn't have them anymore. It was a Chinese company that sold it on Aliexpress.
