Wearing HAKAMA has the effect of not showing own foot movements to the opponent. It is a very rare scene in Aikido that Shihan of this level show movements in everyday clothes. At least I think so.

Have you ever seen aikist movements in everyday clothes? Ueshiba, Kuroiwa, Tohei... :) Anyway this demo is fantastic. Totally natural and formless.
