@CoachCraigKenneth Hmm. I'm gonna do it. Was in Texas the other day. This girl out of the blue told me to have a blessed day. I was in work mode and I told her to have a blessed one too. Could've stopped and talked. But didn't. I wanna change that. Two questions. First, Knowledge work books or the CHC first? I got the first two workbooks. Second, I travel for work and it becomes tricky on a technical side to access these things and save them. Thoughts?

Right after we broken up she jumps into new relationship (Rebound) and I do believe she won't reach out again but the NC truly works for me she reached out this christmas through greetings

My avoidant ex dumped me in September when her beloved grandmother died. She asked me for a month apart and I didn't understand why and it caused fights, now thanks to these videos i understand she needed emotional space and time to process everything, she didn't want to break up but I pushed it too hard. Now I'm currently no contact for two weeks and these videos are like an instruction manual to my ex avoidant, everything Craig says she's done exactly, I wish I knew these things years ago and avoided drama and fights with my ex girlfriend.

sometimes even when they come back you dont know the reason they are back especially when they message randomly during the holidays, he hasnt tried or made efforts in having a proper conversation as yet. im learning how to control and regulate myself emotionally.

My avoidant ex left me back in September, and i finally went, no contact for a month she reached out through text messages on Christmas and we talked for 2 hrs 1 day and texted for a couple of days and now its crickets. So she got her infor about how me and our dog are doing and my family. So now im back into no contact. It's at the point that too much time, hurt, and disrespect has gone by that i don't know if i want her back. I really love her, and she said she loves and misses me, but she is scared and confused to let me go

Finally I gave in yesterday, I wished him HNY and asked why he was blocking and unblocking me. Of course, I got blocked again after asking... Why do they do this?

Hi Craig, Just wondering why you don’t address NPD ? I would love to see a video from you about this terrible disease, that ruins people’s lives. Unfortunately I’ve been with 2 that have serious psychopathy/ NPD and many others with high Narcissistic traits. I have now blocked my ex who was very toxic. I trusted him and he was so unbelievably sneaky as was sleeping with upstairs neighbour and old friend that he said was just a friend. I suspect his ex wife and a girl from work too. Very sick and sad man. But unfortunately many of them are sick. He began cheating with the neighbour 3 days after meeting me and continued this relationship behind my back for over a year and sadly I was too trusting which I’m normally not. Thanks
