Banana trees and Bamboo will takeover if given the chance. Bamboo in particular is very hard to kill once established though given enough Roundup it can be done. I'm not a HVAC guy by any means but I really enjoy your videos and always learning.

I had 1 like that this summer yard not mowed all year we have rattle and copperhead snakes house was like a city dump inside this is a 300 thousand dollar home alcohol cause his issue he got plenty money they was a $15 ,000 mower in yard growed up
