This is a phenomenal PBS video I came across that is a compilation of the Character Mimi's parts from the song, Another Day from the Broadway smash hit and Pulitzer Prize winning musical RENT. I have always wanted to see Mimi's lyrics from this song combined into a single stand alone piece as it truly is the through line to Jonathan Larson's masterpiece. RENT will forever hold a special place in my soul for touching me enough to exemplify the concept of No Day But Today and the writings of my friend and author Neale Donald Walsch. Thank you Jonathan and Neale. Idina knocks it out of the park, but I would also love to see it performed like this by the originator, Ms. Daphne Rubin-Vega. The song is one of pure perfection, love and enlightenment. For the beautiful truths the lyrics hold, I dedicate this to all I hold near and dear as a reminder for them to BE the light and give in to love and never to choose to live in or from a place of fear.
