I love that Ashley clarified the SAHM mental struggle because that mental break of getting away from the kids is definitely needed.

I’m a mom, nanny, teacher, diva assistant, case manager, business owner, etc etc lmao sometimes we’re living lives that are not separate because it’s all at the same place (home) within our lovely 24 hours. Sometimes I found myself not having even left the house in two or three days (thank you grocery delivery). Long story short it’s nice to hear and read shared experiences ❤

I don't think people ( especially men ) comprehend how strong single women or women in general have to be in order to be with their children 24/7. This is why it's so important to talk to women in this position to get different perspectives. We are OK and not ok at the same time

Ashley was ON POINT! with the SAHM mental of 24/7. While going to work isn’t a break it’s a break from the CONSTANT presence and demands of mothering. I NEVER UNDERSTOOD until i lived it. And not to take away from anything else because 2 things can be true at once. Working Mamas & SAHM are to be commended.

I work from home and care for my kids part of the week and the other days I commute to my job. It’s been a struggle to manage wfh and children! Trying to set aside time to care of the house, meals, playtime, dinner, etc. all while working - the level of mental exhaustion at the end of the night is insane! I could never get their father to understand! The days I go into the office is a welcome break for the most part.

Same boat and it’s so insanely hard to manage but one day at a time.

Definitely a struggle. You can’t solely focus on work due to them being home. Let me throw this load in the dryer, I have to get dinner started. Work, and home end up being at the front seat while your mental takes the back seat. I pray things get better! 🫶🏾

I love this podcast. This is the first episode I have intentionally watched start to finish. I feel seen as a creative mother. I always say you can't ask the Creator for blessings, if youre unwilling to move your feet. They will clear the path but its up to you to walk it. I do believe each person is a special being that is capable of attracting the highest vibrations resulting in abundance. But that abundance is not possible without the divine network working in my favor.

I love the concept of the Forever Journal, I will definitely get one because the older I get the more I see my parents as just regular people and I have more and more questions about who they were before I came along.

New mom here. SAHM and I’m over 1,000 miles away from my family. It’s a real struggle. My princess will be 2 years old next month and I’ve only spent one night without her when her aunt kept her. #nodaysoff
