This game had more wildly awesome plays than almost any I've ever seen. Trick plays, dudes just trucking, dudes hitting SO hard (that Campbell forced fumble was him hitting DK so hard from the other side of his body that the ball was on!) WHAT A GAME.

Every Seahawks lions games becomes an all out shootout. As a lions fan it’s always the most stressful game of the year, if we play in the playoffs it will go down as one of the most electric playoffs games ever.

Geno was amazing last night. Dude can get away from pressure, throw off platform, put it in a box way downfield... Super impressed with how well he played. The Lions are getting good QBs very best so far this year - Stafford, Baker and then Geno all played OUT OF THEIR MINDS against the Lions, lol. So glad we came away with 2-1 record against those performances.

I was impressed with Amik and have been all year with him playing the nickel. I was concerned because Branch imo is the best Nickel in the NFL but I understood the move to full time safety. Amik has been way better than I expected and I remember him being outside mainly in Vegas.

As always so very appreciative of your work here Coach! What a wild game. One of the game balls went to JAMO specifically for his blocking. MCDC has mentioned many times at what an excellent blocker JAMO is. I’d love to see a breakdown here on that exact subject. Thanks again Coach! The roar has been restored!!!

Lions are great again this year. Hawks will be fine when their D gets out of the hospital. 29 points would normally be enough. Not with a bad O-line AND a replacement D-line though.

Time of possession: 1st half: SEA 13:45 (31 plays) 7pts DET 16:15 (31 plays) 21pts 2nd half: SEA 20:19 (48 plays) 22pts DET 9:41 (20 plays) 21pts Reason DET Defense looked bad: Totally gassed because our offense scored too quickly. Not Aaron Glenn's fault.

@robertcorsini4399 casuals miss this. Doesn't help when geno did everything humanly possible to get the ball out quick and avoid sacks. Hutch had 10 pressures, which is insane. Shows how good geno was, not how bad the defense was.

I’ve seen this comment a few places and I don’t fully understand it. I get the theory. But who is to say that playing a “slower” offense would have worked? They could intentionally call a different game and get stopped on a long drive NOT scoring those points at all. And still end up giving points to the other team. Then what? Also, how exactly does one prevent long plays if they are giving them up? Does Montgomery just go down INSTEAD of breaking tackles and running an extra 40 yards? Like I said, I understand in theory, that the defense is tired and in a perfect world you could guarantee a nice long slow drive and finish with points. But thats not a guarantee. Then you have to also guarantee that the other team doesnt score anyway despite giving the defense slightly more time to breathe. Can someone explain this in more depth for us “casuals” lol.

I think his point was that this type of offensive output happening so quickly left our defense on the field longer than normal. No need to fix it, it obviously isn't broken. Also don't take offense to his casual fan comment if you aren't one. Simple as that. @@brandonbaty2291

So I did some research. Lions vs. Bears September 2007. Lions won the game 37-27. Together, they scored 48 points in the fourth quarter (NFL record). The Lions scored 34 points and the bears scored 14 points in one quarter. INSANE.
