I really don't think it was a confiscation, car was simply not road-legal with a broken windshield and had to be towed

In my country, you do not need car documents, or even your drivers license with you, as long as you have an ID card. Idk how it is in Russia though. Windshield seemed broken, and someone mentioned its borked, but I cant be sure due to the angle of the camera. Could ahve been because the driver didn't have an ID and they were towing it to police parking lot until person can prove hes identity. Confiscating at this point cant be legal, before any sentence is passed

How's a person that has some hard materials exposed not an average pedestrian? By that logic belt buckles would make them not an average pedestrian. Also to minimize the damage my reaction would be to jump and land on the hood instead of getting hit on the legs and then lay on the hood.

I like the guy in this video who is doing the talking. He has one of those 'calm yet sturdy' voices. He manages to say very little but the delivery is so well done that the offenders kind of listen. I also 'love' how the last guy was so out of it that he actually thought he could just jump into his car and carry on driving. That speaks on so many levels how untouched people feel.
