But either way like a lot of great female pop singers Gwen is a jack of all trades, pop, ska-rock, alternative-rock, her Hollaback song in 2005 was pop with hip-hop feelings! She can do it all. I consider her a mix of Queen Britney Spears and Avril Lavigne who is the all-time queen of pop-punk music which is very close to the ska-rock music that No Doubt perfected in the 90s!

Yeah if you compare her No Doubt days to her current pop career, there's no contest as to which is better. If I hear a kid listening to her recent stuff I tell them to go listen to Tragic Kingdom if they want to hear her sing well.
