No-Dye Red Velvet Cake | Ermine Icing | Cake Decorating

Who likes Red Velvet Cake? {Raises hand}
Who doesn't like red food coloring?

Ermine Icing:
5 tbsp Flour
1 cup Whole Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
1 cup Butter, softened
1 cup Granulated Sugar
Cake Flour:
1 cup All Purpose flour minus 2 tbsp
Add 2 tbsp Cornstarch
sift 4-5 times
Buttermilk (sour milk)
1 cup milk minus 1 tbsp
Add 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon
Let sit 5 minutes. Stir
