I like to see some cable weight workouts. When I save enough money, I'm planning on getting a BowFlex machine, a landmine and a cable crossover machine, because I like those workouts. It's the only disadvantage my basement man cave gym has over the public gym, which I no longer go to.

Interesting exercise choices! Somehow I think 2 mins rest in between might be a bit much, maybe 60-90sec should be enough... What say you?

Hi Gdevening Great workout as usual I had a harnia surgery 4 months ago My doctor suggested me not to lift weights for atleast 2 months Now I want to get back to my workout routine Could u suggest me which exercises I can do to maintain my physique Especially for back and abs

Hi! Due to the nature of your surgery, the only recommendation we could provide you with - is speak to your doctor as recovery from surgery is out of our scope of expertise. Once you get the information from your doctor on what you can and cannot do, you'll find plenty of workouts on our channel you can do, or adjust to meet your needs. :)

There are many variables to consider here but if you are determined to track your calorie expenditure, you may wish to invest in a Fitbit or Whoop Band, or a similar product. Keep in the mind, it's not 100% accurate but it does provide a bit of direction.
