I love how this song portrays J working with Cyn “willingly.” Many fans argue that J was working with Cyn in the finale because Cyn was still her admin, (unlike N and V) so she had no choice but to follow her. Having J work for Cyn of her own accord adds a lot more depth to her character rather than her just being brainwashed or something.

I think that J's famous phrase "I never needed either of you" played a significant role in shaping your opinion. And yes… I like that version of J too. She is aggressive. Now that's a real MURDER drone! Such an aggressive song suits her very well! As in previous songs, there are many references to the dialogues of the MD series. However, this time, what struck me most was the original line: "My liberty dies with the x in my eyes." Anyway I didn’t like the song before nor J, but that it was because I didn't pay attention to the lyrics, and when I heard the fast part, I'm like "Time for popcorn" and once I finally payed attention I'm like, "This is so underrated!" I'm glad I gave this a chance. Moral of the story, don't judge things too soon. Same thing with Callback Ping, all I needed to do was pay attention.
