Thanks for posting this video. I sewed a tube instead of using bullet fabric because I only had jersey knit fabric. the knot is much thicker. So, I can see why you use just one layer of fabric.

It’s super easy to do them on your thigh as well. I watched another lady do them on her leg very simple. Lower part for smaller heads and upper thigh for larger heads (depending on your size of course😂). Where do you get the fabric ?
