Today, I'm cooking up my favorite burger recipe for y'all.
I started with 80/20 Ground Chuck, and formed it into 6 half pound patties. I seasoned them up with some of my Prime Beef Rub, and got them on the pit to get happy. I also seasoned up some onions & mushrooms, and a whole stick of butter to glaze the burgers with as they cook. While they were on the Outlaw Patio, I whipped up some Creamy Horseradish Aioli to smear the burger buns with... Man, these were delicious!
