I'm entirely and wholly ok with the Chud diverging from straight meat-only videos. Love the knowledge and techniques you're dropping over and over. I keep finding myself just "knowing" how to do something and realizing it's from passing knowledge in your videos. Thanks for the excellent content!

I hear what you're saying about American cheese on a burger, but one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had was just topped with a couple slabs of cream cheese and some crispy bacon with a butter toasted bun. That's it. The restaurant that made it is gone now, but that cheeseburger haunts me to this day. 30 years later.

Have to agree with you, Bradley, making it yourself is more fun and rewarding. My tomatoes, grapefruit, peaches, and nectarines might cost more (what with fertilizers) than what it costs at a store, and definitely require more effort than just picking them up at a store, but my stuff has love in it, and no weird chemicals. I know my smoked cheese is smoked with real wood, and not with a liquid "smoke." I won't make this because it, obviously, is not Kosher, but I gave you a thumbs up anyway because for everybody else, this is a winner! PS Love your sausage videos. I am now a sausage making fiend. Like making lamb sausages the best.
