Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 130g Sugar
- 30g Grated coconut
- 160g Almond powder
- 130g Melted butter
- 2 Tbsp Almond flakes
- Icing sugar
Instructions:
1. In a container, break 3 eggs
2. Add 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
3. Add a Pinch of salt
4. Mix well
5. Add 130g Sugar
6. Mix well
7. Add 30g Grated coconut
8. Mix well
9. Add 160g Almond powder
10. Add 130g Melted butter
11. Mix well
12. Pour the mixture into the mold
13. Scatter the almond flakes on top
14. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 356 °F for 35-40 minutes
15. Sprinkle icing sugar on top if desired
