They were Australian humpback dolphins (Sousa sahulensis), some amazing drone footage, the behaviour displayed is typical of feeding in shallow tidal waters, these guys work shallow waters really well, and have developed some really interesting techniques from sponge tossing to beaching. Brodie's encounters never cease to expose nature's wonders, simply fantastic!
