Currently trapped in a wheelchair after loosing my leg to diabetes complications. Im looking at loosing the other if we cant get this new infection under control. I wait with baited breath for Parlay and Delos every week to be able to enjoy a lil bit of freedom in my mind. I grew up on an island as a kid with the freedom to roam, out canoeing, camping, riding horses and yup occasionally sneaking off island to go take in a movie. But most of all I miss the salty tang in the air and the stink of low tide near the mangroves. Ya'll have given me the freedom of being able to roam the halls of my memories and to remember the exciting fun we had exploring the hidden jems of the island. Thanks ya'll!!!!! Happy sailing and safe travels!

FYI: Fasting works better, is far easier, less stressful, more healthy, and there is more weight loss IF you first do 5 days of eating a diet of no sugars, that means if it is sweet, you cannot eat it. (ALSO: no artificial sweeteners) and no carbohydrates. this puts your body into a state of Ketosis, which means your body is no longer relying on Carbohydrates for energy and is actively in a state of burning body fat for energy.
