3 medium aubergines
Ground beef 400g
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Sweet paprika
Canned peeled tomatoes 400g
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
Water 100ml
Mozzarella cheese 150g
Green pepper
1st cooking: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes
2nd cooking: Put it back in the oven at 180°C ( 350°F ) for about 15 minutes.
