مانوع المغذيات التي تسقي بها نباتاتك ؟ 🌷

Thank you so much Teo for your ideas, your time and effort,your thinking outside the box when materials are scarce or expensive. you provide simple cheap or free examples of things we can use such as metal drums, plastic bottles, rice sacks, plastic crates etc. You show us to mix rice husks, coir,soil,cow or chicken manure, rain water and then seeds to grow a huge choice of vegetables and sometimes fruits or herbs. I thank you for the videos you make to inspire us especially those with no outside growing spaces so they can learn to grow using frames,sticks shelves, string,bottles and bags .if it hold water and soil you can grow in it . I see people complaining that you do not explain things so can i suggest that you make a short video showing how you make your soil , what items you use to mix together and why .what does each thing benefit the growing process . Banana skins, coffee grounds, ciw manure or chicken manure, rice husks or ground up shells ,peanut shells, or nut shells smashed until tiny to add texture and air and calcium to the soil. A fish head buried in the bottom of a larger pot with break down releasing good things the roots will grow down and use those nutrients to help the plant grow well .people want this kind of i formation so they can grow really good food 😊
What nutrients and minerals do you give your plants? What is your secret? How do you handle pests?

@iwanttobelieve59709 ай бұрын
Some gardeners put multiple seeds and keep the strongest by cutting off the rest or uprooting them and putting them somewhere else.

Dammit! Can someone contact the person who makes the videos, and ask him what type of soil he use, or is it sand?
@felicitywoodruffe40879 ай бұрын
It is ordinary soil with rice husks and possibly dried cow manure mixed together .the rice husks helps keep the soil loose and absorbs moisture and the manure helps feed the ants to make them grow very healthy

It is simple .source some good quality seeds either locally or online. Mix soil and cow manure and rice husks or coir fibre for drainage and to allow air to the roots. If you have a way to harvest and store rain water then use that to water the plants or fish pond water is good. Make holes in large plastic drinks cups available on line .half fill with the soil mixture add two or three seeds, I use 2 I also add fish bone and blood meal powder at this point.water and sprinkle a little more soil mix in a thin layer over the seeds and place them where you intend to leave them to grow .check regularly for bugs, for damage and to see if they need watering .The blood fish bone meal will help prevent club root for cabbages and brassica type vegetables .Leafy vegetables need a good source of nitrogen and the cow manure or chicken manure provides this You can add potassium or calcium to the soil if you wish .

If you want to use a non toxic insect killer you can use Food Grade Diatemaceous Earth powder .note it must be food grade .it dries out the insect which then dies . Spraying the leaves with milk or bicarbonate of soda and water helps with mildew problems .do it on a dry day and spray both sides of the leaves . There are insects like lady birds or wild wasps that will eat bad bugs and protect your crop
