I prefer the coconut curling cream to this, but they're very similar. The curling cream with the activator cream is also nice, although the hold let's me down in the summertime. Typically I use the curling cream which is also cheap and clear eco style. I get tons of compliments on my hair and it's so cheap!

Gorgeous results! I use to use the same product about three years ago on my natural hair too. Cantu is just always tweaking their formulations and it has too much glycerin in it to last me 3 days in Louisiana's humidity. I wish I could get away with results like yours.

Cantu Activator Cream is my holy grail product, I use it faithfully. When I go on vacation Curl activator and Aussie moist conditioner are the only two hair products I take. I use it for wash and go's alone or with the Aussie and other styles.

Last time I used Cantu was about 8 years ago and wasn't impressed. Decided to revisit after hearing great feedback about this product. First day wash&go on low porosity hair, using ONLY this product produced gorgeous results. The product applied beautifully with no concerns however my results were short lived. Dryness reared its ugly head and after day two I had to rewash. Glycerin is high on the list of Ingredients. The product has great potential for a slick back and a ONE possibly two day wash&go.

This works great with the Giovinni gel you reviewed. With this method, you don't have to use much of either! Let me know if you try it. I just did and love my results. I did a bentonite clay mask before and captured those curls! I used no tools, only my hands, water, and those two products!

Yes I have tried this cantu product and I absolutely luv it. I paired it with wetline gel and it was the best wash n go I have ever had with no build up. My daughters hair luvs it as well. I’ve been using it longer on her hair then mine but when I seen how great it worked on my hair I said that’s what I plan on using from now on.
