Naptural85 Thank you for this. I think I'm allergic to eco styler gel. I'm starting to have an irritated scalp. I didn't think no gel was an option and my body doesn't like flax seed. I'll definitely try this method next week.

I really like what she said in the beginning of the video. I remember being upset that I could never wear my 4c hair as a wash and go because my curls wasn’t defined. I tried this Monday and honestly my hair feels amazing. My hair is still defined but very frizzy. 4a-4c. But i love it so much gel defines my hair but it dries my hair out so much. My hair has never felt so soft. So im here for it especially since summer is on its way

Omg did this with oil mixture (castor, avocado, and olive) Pau Mitchell’s generic leave-in and melted raw she’s butter. My ‘4c’ hair was moisturizer for an entire week!! Which has never happened btw. ❤️❤️✨

Amazing! I’m an Aussie with just some wavy white girl hair and this really opened my eyes into just how different African American hair is to mine! Whenever I have seen women with hair like yours I had no idea it was such a process! I naively assumed that the hair just always was like that without any product and it was maintenance free! Also... if I put even half the product you use in my hair it would be a slick mess- prob even a quarter! Amazing!
