Using Judo and Japanese conventions, first one is Mune Gatame(Chest Hold), second one is a variation, could be named something like Mune Kesa Gatame(Chest Scarf Hold), as there is also a hold around the neck?

It is a rare technique I wasn't taught it in my academy It is just called kuzure kesa gatame
