no gi osoto gari using the t-shirt. Osoto gari means big outside reap.

Probably because its the highest point on the body, and when your head is pressed somewhere the rest of your body will want to follow

Osoto....because hitting someone with the Earth instead of your fists somehow makes people think it is more humane!
