Today, I am sharing how to make an amazing flourless chocolate cake that is dairy-free and gluten-free. It feels very light in your mouth yet still moist and rich. I would love you to give this cake a try, it might become your go-to chocolate cake ;)
Ingredients:
Enough amount for 1 8” cake pan
• Dark chocolate: 300g | 10.6oz
I recommend couverture 60%. Or between 50-70% as your preference.
• Salt: A pinch
• Oil: 100g | 3.5oz
• Coffee (Strong): 50g | 1.76oz
• Dark rum: 2 Tbsp
• Egg: 6 large eggs (about 310g)
• Granulated sugar: 100g | 3.5oz
Bake(Preheated) at 350F | 176C in a water bath for about 40 minutes.
Chill in a fridge for more than 5 hours ideally before you slice.
*Adjust the time & temperature depending on the oven.
