Hi! Is it possible to over beat the eggs and sugar? I felt like mine looked finished after a few minutes, but I tried to keep beating them for 10 minutes…but they seemed to loose some stiffness?

It’s a delicious cake and easy to make but not easy to handle! It broke on me on sides a few spots! 😢 hopefully I can glue it with icing tomorrow! I left them in freezer to firm up 🙏🏼

I love your tutorials... I tried this tart and it is sò good. My husband loves the sweet Italian marangue but I would love to know if one can add less sugar and if I can, will it alter the fluffy texture of the marangue.

Thank you so much for this recipe. I made this last week for a colleague's birthday last week. It was so tasty and everyone loves it!! The mascarpone cream was so fluffy and creamy😍. We don't have cake flour in Norway and the ladyfingers was perfect with all purpose flour!
