thanxs again, I have one question and suggestion :) question: it is normal to use the same answers for different questions like we can use the ( most innovative idea ) with ( how to solve complex problem with the best solution), here we can use the same answer with different interviewers, of course, right? suggestion: you can write a question for L.P and ask the audience to write their answers in the comments or any place after that you will choose one or two from the answers to show why this is the answer is good and why the other one is bad from your perspective,, so here we can learn based on your expertise. in the end, many many thanks :)

Hi- Avoid using the same example twice if you can. They're looking for evidence that you are consistently strong. Using the same examples, suggests a limit on you consistently delivering strong performance. If you really feel you have to use the same example, lean very heavily into the elements that pertain to this new LP. You're aiming for only the situation (S) to be the same. Task (T), action (A), result (R) and improvement (I) need to be different. 🧙♀️

The trick is “answer the question”. The question is connected to the Leadership Principle. So if you pay close attention to what the interviewer is asking you and provide an answer specific to that- then inevitably you will find yourself talking about behaviours that are connected to that LP.

As you are not applying for an engineering role, I wouldn’t expect you to have to do any coding tests or solve technical problems. But at rounds 1 and 2 particularly, your interviewer is going to want to have confidence that you can keep up with the Developers and Engineers you'd have to work with. Hi- no it's not perfect. And I've never heard anyone claim it is. But it's the most robust I've ever worked with. And I'm extremely confident the overwhelming majority of other Amazonians would agree. Sometimes even though a candidate may seem to be a fit for Amazon and Amazon seems to be a fit for them it might not work out- the role may not suit them, the team may not suit them, the commute may not suit them, etc. Amazon doesn't make data available to the public on their "error" rate in this process.
@404Aparichith4 жыл бұрын
@@amazoninterviewwhizzdayone503 thanks for the responses.. it was out of academic interest I asked the question.. also why cant the LP based interview be replaced with some written format ..computer aided test ..which can apply artificial intelligence to ask follow up question based on response..since the theme is already defined it can very well be algorithmized.. further a candidate can very well respond if it is written based which in verbal format could risk being incoherent.. In statistics we have type1(alpha) error and type2(beta) error..type1 is accepting a negative case and type2 is rejecting a positive case.. in my previous question I was alluding towards this type1 error in the process.. understand from your response that happens however it's not public.. my suggestion on written based computer aided test could minimize type2 error(which is important)..
