I have a flat in a consisting of six flat in 4800 sqft having no occupancy certificate. As in 2016 there was no such system. Please give me sugest how to disposed of the property. More over no others intrested help about society. I have registered deed, BDA approval plan , BMC holding tax paper etc . Please intimate me why am deprived of to sale my property. You have to wait a few months. State may allow registration before RERA projects.
