Whoever finds this message, please donot buy any apartment. With all legal documents I have faced fraud by Builders. Police won't help as IIC peta bhariki lancha neiki basichi au MLA eithi sabu ei scam ra sutradhara. SN Construction, Preetam etc etc sabu fraud and Odisha re Judiciary ra value 0. Sabu kina bika heijauchi khali thik daam dele sabu hauchi.

Land related decisions of Odisha are not taken by the department in time. No commissioner joined since last 3 months at bbsr commissioner court to finalise land related problems. People have been waiting for patta for the last 2 to 3 years.For this type of delay frauds are enjoying.
