Kathryn thank you so much for the ballet tutorials. I can say I can do also ballet now at my age. My knees have improved so much. I can wear high heels again and I have become agile, thank you Lovely ballerina.

I cannot tell you how grateful I am for you offering this class with the very slow beginner level. I am actually an intermediate level, but I need to go back to very slow movements at least once a week to get my alignment right, slow down for myself, and build control. Please make more of these where there is a slow version, and the fast version!

I'm not gonna lie, this barre is SO HARD if you consistently use the right muscles, focus on turn out, and step away from the barre from time to time. Sweating buckets.
