Thank you so much for all that you’re doing for us dancers! (Especially your positive and healthy mindset about ballet + dance). Could you maybe do a video on how much cardio, strength training plus ballet training we should be doing per week? I’m struggling to find a balance between these three things while still going to school and doing schoolwork :P

Make sure the elbow is above the hand. Also, to build strength, hold the arm in demi en bas instead of second.

Lovely barre! It must be annoying to have the barre in the road of the port de bras nonstop. I solved a lot of it by turning 45 degrees (to or away) at the moments of letting go the barre. Of course you can't start that way or it won't work because you'll be too close, lol.
