成功了, 我没有放冰箱,就两次发酵就烤了。也没整型,揉个差不多大小就放入模具。没法发照片给你, 要不就拍个照片了。 挺好的。味道很清淡,就像馒头, 下次可以多放一点点的糖和盐,更有味道些。 不错。 这个免揉真实省事啊。感谢!!!这回不用出去买面包了。 放心,真材实料, 没有防腐剂色素。需要买把切面包的刀了, 我就用普通长的水果刀硬切的。下次我要换成黄油试一试, 可能更香

Prepared this last night , used milk instead of water. refrigerated as per instructions and baked it today morning, after the usual proofing. Result? AMAZING!! Taste exactly like bakery style bread, so flavorful and soft and perfect! Thank you so much for this recipe. Keep more such recipes (without egg) coming. Looking forward to trying out other recipes from your channel. Cheers

I made this loaf yesterday and scrupulously followed the recipe. I am by no means an experienced baker but It turned out to be the softest load of bread I have ever made and was delicious. Thanks so much for sharing.

This bread is unbelievable !!!! It stays soft. Makes great toast , sandwiches. whatever you want . The texture is amazing even with sandwiches 🥪 it stays intact , doesn't crumble..and is incredibly soft! Its day 3 now and it is still soft!! I was very skeptical about this method because I have made every type of bread you can imagine by the kneading method..Well no more is all I can say to you bakers..This is the queen of all white breads and so easy!! Just try It you wont be sorry !!!! It is so tasty as well.. One thing I want to mention..First time I tried with bread flour and I had to keep adding water..So I just started over with the amounts in the recipe with all purpose flour and it turned out great. the dough was just a tad too wet . But as all you bread makers know every brand of flour is different so most of the time there is always adjustments to flour and water ratio. Climate is a factor as well.. My oven range is always 10 degrees higher also so that also needed adjustment. Thank you , Helly !!! I will be trying other of your recipes...So glad I watched your video!! Blaze

謝謝,我低溫冷藏第二天拿出來整型放在麵包模,我又放回冰箱第三天早上拿出來烤,超級好吃外脆內鬆軟因為我沒辦法那麼早起來做麵包,我懶嘛!謝謝,這個方法真的很好吃😋

I made the bread again, and as the first time, comes out of the oven really crusty but once cooled down isn't crusty anymore. The bread is really nice but I would like to keep it crusty if that's possible. Any advice? Many thanks.

I tried this recipe twice , got it better the second time ,I must say the fault is mine as I lack patience 😢 will try again as I like the way it came out . The problem is my dough came out after the overnight proofing , wet , and sticky , so I added a little flour , it was much better then .

还真是, 放凉了,皮就软了。 刚烤出来就特别硬,有如盔甲。就是这个刀啊, 真得用专门的刀。 我这个水果刀硬切,一片老厚了,一片够一顿饭了。工欲善其事必先利其器。还真是真理。

C R well, i did let it sit for maybe 30-45 minutes after rolling and putting it in the pan (it is really warm where i’m at) before baking

I made this recipe today. It turn out great but I didn't get the as much oven spring as yours looks like. Maybe the pan size or maybe the second rise wasn't long enough for my conditions. I'll be making this again. Thank you.

Suggestion, include in your recipes the temperature of the water you add to the dry ingredients and the size of the bread pan. This would help beginners quite a bit.

Hello After you take the dough from the fridge should you start working it straight away or leave it for a while? Also should the water be room temperature or warm?. Many thanks. Patricia

I would use the same technique that you show here to make baguette, I just have to cut the dough in smaller size, and baguette shape. This is so much easier than most other instructions on how to make baguette 👍👍

Another suggestion I would like to make: When you say 'leave to rise until double the size'. How long is that exactly? I'm a beginner and would have no idea as to how long that would be.

Yes, you can but the water might have to be adjusted a bit because whole wheat flour might absorb a different amount of water.

Can i not refrigerate overnight? What if i want to bake same day? Can leave it to proof outside for few hours?

Yes, you can do that if you use the stretch and fold method. I've used that method in some of my other videos. If you don't use that method, it won't taste very well.

这个食谱用450克模具应该没问题,可以冷藏24个小时再整型,就是会醒发的大一些。This recipe should be fine with 450g pan/ 6 x 4x 3 inches pan. It can be refrigerated for 24 hours before reshaping, but it will be bigger. Her reply to some fans.

So nice of you to share, I can't knead flour, it always ends up being too stiff and later could burst a man's head with it lol. could the bread be baked the same day or it must be refrigerated?. Thks looking forward to more of your recipes

I'm not an expert but I've been cooking bread for a few months, i believe you can, over night makes the dough elastic, so the overnight time does the kneading for you. If you don't over night, it won't be a chewy bread that's all. But yeah you can
