Reminds me of the time I found a moon going through the rings of a planet and I decided to check it out. I landed on the moon right by the side of where the rings intersected with the ground and when I went into the ring it was so bright I could barely see and I got lost for a while until I managed to come out the way I came. The moon was a contour biome too, so it was double horrible.

I built a base as close to the joining point as possible, if you land on the landing pad and get out of ship you fall to the other planet. Lol

Make a empire base 👍🏻 Technically base computers cant be closer then 1000u, but thats by planet 😎 so you can have 2 computers merge to form a whole base. It would only be decoration shared tho (landing pads, and such) cuz power needs to be generated by the sane base But 1 person can build the space station between and another could concept a power grid and farm on the orbital platform between the worlds So you get multiple resources with 1 build. As planets in the same system generate different base elements by biome

Would actually cut down lag on huge orbital bases 🤔 As the game would attempt to render nether planet wile on the orbital platform itself. Shown when he tried to jump back to the first planet

There should be very little gravity when you get closer to the collision point as the gravity vectors would start to cancel out, it would be interesting if that were the case in the game. Where is this planet can you share the coordinates?
