I'm suffering with Rheumatoid arthritis and my almost all joints, hip and lower back pain always.i'm only following his treatment and nothing else. Such a great doctor in this world.pray for you sir.May Allah bless you

Thank you for this! I have such pain from my lower rib cage down all the way to my toes. I can hardly walk most days😳 I’m only 42 and haven’t ever had health problems or pain like this!

Sounds like it might be sciatic nerve pain! Please get it checked !

Would you add some stretches that are not done on the knees? I liked the explanation of psoas originating pain but I had an arthroscopy/ meniscectomy/chondroplasty of left knee and it is painful to kneel. Thank you!

I love watching your videos. I was wondering I am 43 year old female that will be starting to go the gym and work out at home. I do have bad back and hips from a horseback riding accident. Is there anything that I need to do before I start any workouts ?

hi jasper, i like your exercises. however camel stretch is not easy for me. i dont get my hands on the back of my feet. the other exercises are great. thanks.

Great way of diagnosing, I've always thought it was normal to not be able to have your back/core and your legs flat against the floor because the body was built that way 🤣.

I was doing meditation in the morning for 1 hour ..then when i stood up i could feel pain in lower back. Is there any fix for that? stop meditation? or any differnet sitting pose ?

I’m too old and sore to get down on the floor. Is there another way for those of us with deteriorating facet joints and degenerate disc disease as well as this muscle being really tight? Help please? Have many organ problems as well. Only 60 yrs. 💝🥰

Many ppl know this streches and strenghten training but still ppl have pain in the back and groin muscles.. Many therapist dont explaining about the inguries in the groin area and how to make better hip pain and then strenghten the muscles and streching them... If Hip have pain and back pain somewhere and this few strechings methods dont helping hip pain and back pain..
