I tried them and it worked for my lower backpain! Lots of things sliding back into place on one side, and now a sense of relief that I get when bones are in place: an ease in moving and an absence of body stress. Thank you so much!

I have gone to a physio therapist, an orthopedic and have been doing the prescribed exercises for 8 months now, for chronic lower back pain. But to no avail. The pain in back was there 80% . But now after watching your video and doing these exercises just twice, my lower back pain has reduced by 50% at least. I am so grateful. God bless you. And you explain very easily and quick to the point. Not like the other links that I have watched. You get down to business. And your exercises are so effective. And work wonders. Thank you. God bless. Will continue to do these exercises.

Excellent stretches! I have hip replacements on both sides and lower and middle back pain, so these will become part of my daily stretching routine because they're so effective!

Had a lot of pressure on my lower back for last couple of weeks. i can feel the difference straight away after doing these exercises especially the brettzel then corkscrew. gonna keep doing this for a week. thank you.

Now this is what I needed it! You have saved my back! I just injured my lower back today, and I was just about to cry, but your video popped up and I have tried all of the exercises and it was just good! Pain is gone down to 50-60% Many many thanks! 🙏

I have pratice it alone and this technic really works on me. I feel paint on my lower back since 4 years ago. Im working on building construction, so it really painful after working. I am one of those players who does not stretch before golf games. And I paid for it. Just recently, I thought I hurt my back, and I suffered paid for almost a week. Until I saw this video. Although skeptical, I tried it anyway. And behold, it worked, majority of the paid diminished. I will do this exercise daily from now on. thank you...

One of if not the best physio session for mid and lower back.. Great stretch. Areas which i couldnt get into to release and adjust im able too know.
