Hi Glenn! What do you mean don't "reply" (1 star review) cause it'll lock it in but "contact" them? A bit lost new to Etsy, so how do you contact them if you don't reply? LOL, I'm new. thanks! By the way, awesome video and insider tips! LOVE IT. Also is that karen site still working? Some posts online say it's obsolete cause Etsy has changed it's information sharing?
