I have a customer who says they did not get the item even tho tracking says delivered and I verified his address. he wants a replacement item but to avoid any more issues I canceled the order and requested my decals back. I selected on Etzy that he was returning the item when i canceled it too. will there be any issues on my end?

It looks like you should not have any issues if you have already canceled the order.

When I had my holster/leather business, it seemed everyone wanted a "custom" thingy.. but they didn't want to pay for the R&D.. Leather is expensive, even at wholesale pricing... Then factor in coming up with a design... maybe screwing up a few times in the manufacturing/assembly process... There was no way I was going to work for peanuts..... Good video!!.. I have years of retail sales experience plus my shop.... And I have plenty of horror stories.....

Thank you for this video! I encountered my first problem customer. They were actually a fellow Etsy seller requesting a custom item. One red flag for me was that they said they couldn’t see their order on Etsy, and insisted on messaging me outside of Etsy. I said I could cancel their order and they could reorder the item, at which point they suddenly were able to message me on Etsy. I like having everything on Etsy so that it’s documented. I sent them pictures and videos of everything before sending them the products, and they said they loved them, but had negative feedback once they got the items.
