Pork belly sliced (or bacon) 2 eggs whisked Starch of choice Rice and millet; washed fried and ground into powder Green onion, long chopped Ginger, sliced Potato, cubed Light and dark soy Oyster sauce Salt and pepper Wash and dry pork belly; slice if using Whisk eggs and coat pork Coat in starch and fry Wash rice & millet; drain. Fry until colour changes, cool and grind into powder Slice ginger and long chop green onion Add what looks to be about a tablespoon of all the sauces, some pepper, and the onion and ginger to the pork; let it sit for about 20 mins. Remove pork and coat in the rice/millet powder. Chop potatoes, season with salt and pepper and place in a bowl. Lay pork on top of potatoes and steam for about 50 mins. Garnish and devour. 😀
