At this rate FEMA could be completely out of money by the end of October. The SBA the small business administration could also be out of money by the end of October unless Congress convenes to pass more funding, which is looking highly unlikely at this point. Looks like our government will leave Americans stranded while still providing billions to other countries in free help.

Some people from my church went to help hurricane victims in WNC. They brought about a dozen victims to a hotel. The hotel said FEMA had the entire hotel reserved and they couldn’t rent them any of the rooms. But there was no one there. No FEMA workers, no vehicles, nothing. The hotel was completely empty but they couldn’t give those storm victims shelter because of FEMA.

Since Biden took office, there seem to have been more unfavorable results in America. These results include effects on the markets, such as price declines and sharp increases in inflation, as well as bank failures. And that means it is just a matter of time before the dollar dies. So get ready.

Some of these kids get over a $1,000 monthly-each kid in the family. Disability pays people who can't work but can drive around in a golf cart all day and plays golf daily (I know several of these in my neighborhood). The cheapest house in my neighborhood is $1.8 million-yet they get disability (no longer friends). One bragged about his lawyer getting his disability back payment of $140,000. FEMA’s purpose taken directly from online- The agency's primary purpose is to coordinate the response to a disaster that has occurred in the United States and that overwhelms the resources of local and state authorities. The governor of the state in which the disaster occurs must declare a state of emergency and formally request from the President that FEMA and the federal government respond to the disaster. The only exception to the state's gubernatorial declaration requirement occurs when an emergency or disaster takes place on federal property or to a federal asset-for example, the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, or the Space Shuttle Columbia in the 2003 return-flight disaster. How was it legal to give money outside of the US? There is also over 20,000 employees and I guarantee that organization does not need that many people in order to function! This is the crap I hope Trump cleans up when he’s in office.

Florida is off the scale when it comes to disasters. Homes are being built seaside where people know that there nice beach houses will sooner or later will be destroyed. As far as Ashville and or other towns in built in the mountains they are just as guilty as the people who live along the ocean. You take your chances living in the low lands or along rivers. Everyone knows about the Mississippi floods in the last 12 decades. Home owners use FEMA money to rebuild there homes along the Mississippi, some for the 8th time, and wait for the next flood. It's always the rest of the country has to pick up the cost because the few refuse to move away from rivers and beaches. It never ends.

This is what happens when you put people who hate government in charge of government. You might want to call your FL Republican representatives who VOTED AGAINST funding FEMA, then refused to reconvene Congress to get additional funding to FEMA, and tell them to do their jobs. Also, US money that went to Ukraine actually is used to buy American made weapons - no money left the US. Oh, another record day for the Stock Market.

If you don't gamble in the market it doesn't matter. Cost of living sure does.

You're wrong. Some money goes to US companies, but how did Zelenskyy buy his mansion, cars, vacations, etc. Plus, are these US companies expanding, meaning growth, hiring, and raising wages? Just stop your trolling

@@irritatedkitty7301 Of course everything you've typed is complete fiction. Honestly, you folks will believe anything - I guess that's why you have no problem with Trump lying to you. As for the defense contractors - they already have production lines established to produce these weapons, and they were already producing them for US, NATO, and allied countries. They are not developing new weapons, simply tapping into existing production lines. The funding just pays for building more units, or in some cases buying existing units from the military.
