If you get a duel fuel generator that can run on propane, it can charge the bluetti in about an hour-hour and a half. Great option for when the weather is too cloudy for a few days for solar to be reliable, and then you also don’t have to run a noisy generator for hours and smell like gas. Compliments the bluetti perfectly. 😎

Just picked up 2 of them for 500ea. Only thing I don't like is sure it fires everything up just fine. It just won't keep things running for very long. So a real generator is still needed for things like an ACs or heaters. Don't get me wrong still really good especially when hooked to 400 watt solar panels. Thanks for your review.

Totally agree....I live up north so no ac needed and luckily our heats has in our trailer. But you are right a heater wouldn't last long as all. I'm just happy it runs the misses hair drier lol. Happy wife happy life! I guess to your point to 400 watt solar panels are big lots to carry. I suspect of a good deal comes around for a gas genny I'll buy just to have. Good video as I just got one...but when you mentioned peak power is 2200w that is incorrect as it has a 2700w peak power or surge capacity capability...they are nice units and worth every dollar. 👍😊

What type, size solar panel do you use & how will does it perform

So I used 100W panel and I get about 80% efficiency out of the panel meaning I get about 80 W to the battery. This is to be expected with the loss on all solar panels. I use a fold out panel, but one of the cool things is with the AC180 is it has pass through so if for example I am running my starlink, it pulls like 50W, it will push 50W to run the starlink and then take the other 30 and apply it to charging the battery. So in full sun it's running net positive! I have also wired up 2 100W to it to get a total of after efficiency about 160 ish watts of power. It can take up to 400W solar input! Depending on your budget, what your powering, and how much space you have, I would say 100W panel is good, but 200 W would be better choice. Again all depends on the load you intend to pull. Cheers!
