All too often people make projects look simple and straightforward when in reality there are always hiccups. The 7.3 seems like a good motor but don’t think there is enough R&D for high power applications, but for anything under 900 I believe they are pretty reliable for what I have seen.

Wish you continued with the Godzilla platform. Understandably frustrating to work with (cost/lack of r&d/lack of aftermarket parts) but that’s the only way it will progress. Keep trying and networking to make the 7.3 platform get figured out.

Since your going LS7 heads are you going to go LS7 style oil pan with a dry sump setup? If you did you could get a beefy amount of oil. High revving and high boost I’d recommend vr1 full synthetic oil too lol

Bring both bell housing to a machine shop have the lip milled off and correct bolt holes drilled in the one that bolts to block I'm sure there is a machine shop somewhere close by to you that will do it for a reasonable price

Thanks for the "radio voice voiceover". A lot of channels forget the KZbin rule #1: audio is king! That's not just some jabroni saying - this is scientifically proven. A study showed that test subjects percieved videos with crap audio as lower quality - significantly more so than poor video quality. Now you know. 😎✌️

I wonder why dart would go to a 4 bolt main rather than the 6 bolt GM uses? I would assume the main caps would be stronger when braced by the sides of the block, with the 4 bolt, they are just kinda floating like a traditional old school sbc.
